The PrincesSR was so determined to ride bikes before she left. I was a little more skeptical about enjoying it because of my condition and because of going on the road. SR needed to practice a bit, and their was a lot near the Young's. So she practiced and practiced. It was quite hard for her to turn, but she is a very determined person. She doesn't give up. I was impressed. I did better than I thought and it felt so great to be on a bike. Thank god for the PrincesSR's adventerous spirit. She is helping me break out of my timid shell and getting me back to the kind of man I used to be. I rode ahead of her and we had this technique where I would ring the bell and she would ring back the same rhythm so I would know that she was ok. It was difficult to keep turning around so the bell code worked. It was great to feel the breeze against my fast, velocity and blurred periphery. It's been awhile and it is good to be back. SR is still a little rusty but getting better. She wanted to conquer her fear. I believe she did. On the map we saw symbols for 2 water fountains. We must have missed the first one but found the second. It did not work. We were so tired exhausted and thirsty. The "bastards!" But we continued on to Madaket beach!
